Directions
You’ll find the main entrance on the ground floor, near Good Well Studio Erina.
Take the lift to the third floor (West Wing) and follow the signs to Insightful Minds Psychology. We look forward to welcoming you when you arrive.
Parking
Free three-hour parking is available close to the ground floor entry, accessible via 4 Ilya Avenue, Erina.
Parking can be busy at times, so an alternative option is the Fountain Plaza car park, which offers a convenient walkway through to the Platinum Building.

Lifeline provides mental health support, including suicide prevention and crisis support. It is available via telephone (24/7) or live online chat 7pm - midnight.
Kids Helpline - 1800 55 1800
Kids Helpline provides telephone, email and live online chat counselling available for young people aged 5-25. This service is available 8am to midnight.
